1. | Log into the Unimet App using the credentials that were emailed to you when you were first registered on the Unimet platform. | |
2. | Once you are logged in, navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen. The three little dots are the Main Menu. Click on the dots to open the menu list. | |
3. | From the menu list, select "Wallet", | |
4. | You will be directed to a new page that has several tabs. The App automatically default to the Statements tab. Click on the field that allows you to select your preferred date range. You can chose from the standard date options of Past Day. Past Week or Past Month, or you can customise your date range by selecting Custom Date. If you select a custom date range, please enter the start date and end date. Click on the grey Apply Filter button for your transactions to be displayed. | |
5. | Alongside some transactions are three little dots. Click on the dot alongside the transaction that you are interested in to view the invoice details. | |
6. | The More button provides you with the Invoice details as well as the ability to email the invoice to a preferred email address. The View button will open the invoice to display all your billing. | |
7. | At the bottom of the invoice is the Open PDF button. This will allow you to see the invoice in its PDF format. | |
8. | To leave your invoice page, scroll back to the top and click on the grey Back to Wallet button. | |
9. | Once back at the statement page, to send an emailed copy of your statement, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the green Email Statement button. This will open up two options either to send to the email address that is registered to your Unimet profile or to send to an email address of your choice. |
